
About Me
I have been involved in fitness over 20 years and am certified in personal training, nutrition and group fitness by the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). Personally, I want to grow old gracefully and in good health and not on medications.
I have been in Palm Coast since 1994 and I am married with two daughters and three grandchildren.

Services
I offer mobile personal and group fitness training (small classes) and coaching with emphasis on health, fitness and nutrition to help you meet your goals. Programs are based on individual needs such as weight loss, strength training, health improvement, etc. Locations include your home, local parks, beaches and gyms.

I am a 61 year old woman who has been active for most of my life. When I started training with Joyce, my physical fitness had declined dramatically. Joyce was great. We started training two days a week and she was immediately able to develop a program to help me regain my endurance and muscle strength. Unlike a lot of trainers, Joyce doesn't have one program for all of her clients. She customizes my sessions to meet my individual needs considering any limitations to avoid injuries.
